MAT

PERSONAL TRAINING

Pilates exercises with emphasis on the core, designed to be performed on a Mat. Focuses on spine support, increased flexibility, lower back health, muscle tone and body balance. Body weight is mostly used for resistance. There are different levels, from simple to complex. Beginners to Pilates must begin with Mat 1 classes.

PILATES MATWORK 1

This class is recommended for people with minimal or no previous experience in Pilates. Learn the principles of alignment, breathing and pelvic stabilization.

PILATES MATWORK 2

Focus will be on the introduction of the basic principles of the Pilates Technique and the basic mat exercises to build a strong and stable core.

PILATES MATWORK 3

This mat work class will take Pilates students, who completed the PILATES MATWORK 1 and 2, to the next level.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Known as a ‘trapeze table’ the Cadillac uses leg and arm springs, the Roll-Down Bar, Push-Thru Bar, and Trapeze to focus on body alignment, strength and mobility. The Cadillac is great for both fitness and rehabilitation purposes.
