PERSONAL TRAINING
Mat Pilates is a series of exercises from within the Pilates Method designed specifically to be performed on a mat.Focuses on spine support, increased flexibility, lower back health, muscle tone and body balance. Body weight is mostly used for resistance. There are different levels, from simple to complex.
PILATES MATWORK 1
This class is recommended for people with no or minimal experience with Pilates. Learn the principles of alignment, breath and, pelvic stabilization.
PILATES MATWORK 2
Focus will be on the introduction of the basic principles of the Pilates Technique and the basic mat exercises to build a strong and stable core.
PILATES MATWORK 3
This mat work class is suited for Pilates students who completed the PILATES MATWORK 1 and 2 already. Enjoy the classical Pilates exercises while toning and stretching your body and shaping your abs.
